tiredness, and now aches and injuries ): my left hand hurts~ i think i over strained them~ swimming tomorrow, I'll remember to bent my left hand! thanks xiuting for the guide on monday(: haha. i can breath from both side and finally completing 30 laps continuously? though i did stop for a recovery~ 1233 got to sleep well to perform tomorrow(:
